Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, decal kits must be unused, unapplied, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Decals that have been installed, removed from the backing, altered, cut, or otherwise damaged cannot be returned.

If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the return is due to an error on our part, a refund, replacement, or another resolution may be arranged directly with the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
