1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from DecalSale, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Products and Compatibility

DecalSale sells premium aftermarket replacement decal kits for agricultural, construction, industrial, and other equipment.

Customers are responsible for confirming the equipment model, year, dimensions, and product compatibility before placing an order. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and production materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket replacement products. References to equipment manufacturers, brand names, trademarks, and model numbers are used only to identify product compatibility. DecalSale is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

4. Installation and Use

Customers must inspect all decals before installation. Decals must be applied to a clean, dry, properly prepared surface according to the provided instructions.

DecalSale is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect placement, environmental conditions, equipment condition, or failure to follow installation instructions.

Installed decals, decals removed from their backing, and decals that have been cut, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. DecalSale is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unapplied, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

If DecalSale sends the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within five business days after the returned product is received and inspected. If the issue resulted from an error on our part, a refund, replacement, or another resolution may be arranged directly with the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, graphics, designs, text, logos, product descriptions, and website elements owned by DecalSale, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.
