Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders require up to two business days for preparation and processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Within the United States

Orders within the United States are shipped through UPS Express with courier delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination state and location.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped through UPS Express with courier delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, location, and distance from major delivery centers.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been prepared and shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update in the UPS system.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
